SIP*TV stands for Shelter In Place Television. Its primary studio is located in a garage bar in Uptown, Minneapolis. Bud is the proprietor of said garage bar while local barfly, Guy Lowenbrau (a transplant from Thunder Bay, Canada), usually stops by for a drink or two while telling us about his latest adventures in the ‘outside’ world.
Guy heads north of the border to Camp Hackner, hoping to lay low until the Covid Clipper drama subsides.
